I’m BUSY — my life has been hectic ever since I got pregnant at just 17 years old. I hustled to make a living for my growing family, buying all of the baby necessities. Then I hustled while being a single mama, in college to become a teacher/nurse. Hadn't made up my mind🤷 This kind of hectic was draining and caused a lot of depression for me.
I looked to my mom for everything! I remember crying myself to sleep again one night thinking this wasn’t how I planned my life. I wanted a good job, I wanted time with my precious boy💙 I wanted to actually be able to afford the things we needed... but it wasn’t working out like that.
In 2019 I broke down and asked God to give me a sign. I became a stay at home mom to be with my kids but I may have had to get a job or go back to school so I could help financially. I dreamed of being home with my kids and not stressing about how much money was in the bank.. but that seemed like a fantasy... but then I saw someone posting about working from home and how she was bringing in money from home... it caught my attention, but I held back and just watched her for a year because I was terrified! I didn’t think I was worthy or would do good. But I had reached my breaking point and jumped in!
Three months in I was making over my initial goal of $200!! Six months in I was making an extra $500+ a month. I could finally breathe. Just in a matter of months my life had completely changed. 😳🤯 And I'm about to give myself a HUGE raise again🙌🏻 we are now 5 years in and we are about to make some BIG moves!
This past year gave me a curve ball and a total 360! I left my relationship of the last 6 years, moved back in with my mom with my 2 kids! Life was stressful again and I became very depressed again! I let my business go but…
Now, I live in a state of happiness. All of my bills are paid on time. I’m paying off debt. I wake up to my kids, I get to take them to school & attend school functions, and kiss them before they fall asleep. I’m able to spoil my babies💕 The holidays have been fun and joyful and not stressful. I never imagined that this would be my life! All because I took that leap!!
Don’t ever put limits on yourself — God has so much planned for you! Being in this spot... helping hundreds of women feel empowered and being able to help them to reach their dreams is something I’ve always dreamed of. I’m so grateful for everything I have now... and everything to come! 👏🏻
